You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Service. Your use must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Services

The Service provides tools for accepting and processing cryptocurrency payments.

We do not hold or store funds. Payments are executed via smart contract on the blockchain. The contract code is publicly available: Polygon Mainnet.

AneePay is a fully non-custodial service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or prohibited activities, including:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Using merchant domains/websites that are present on sanctions lists or blacklists.

5. User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide (including wallet addresses and merchant details).

You agree to comply with all tax, AML, and other legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

6. KYC/AML and Law Enforcement

We may request information to comply with AML/KYC obligations or lawful requests from government and law enforcement authorities. We cooperate with such requests when legally required.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. API Usage

API access is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Use of the API for prohibited purposes is strictly forbidden.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke API access at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.

We are not liable for losses resulting from cryptocurrency volatility, blockchain issues, wallet errors, or any third-party actions.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
